Profiles and Account Instructions

Online giving starts with your “Profile” in our Church database.  In order to process your giving, and for the church to provide you a record of your giving, you will need to provide the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address

If you are a member or a recent visitor to Mt. Pleasant, you likely have a “Profile” based on information you have provided us.  If your “Profile” is not found, you can create a “New Profile” or call the Church Office at (724) 495-6462 to have your “Profile” created.


Find your Profile:


Finding your profile requires you to select an Online Giving option and follow the steps listed below:

One-Time Gift
Recurring Gift

Step 1

  • Enter your first and last namesbirthdate, and email address.
  • Click Find Profile to find your record in the church database.
  • Click Submit.

If your profile is not found, you will see the following message:

RECORD NOT FOUND We were not able to find you in our database. Please check the information you entered. If everything looks good, select “New Profile” If you make a correction, select “Search Again”


Creating your Profile:


Creating your profile requires you to select an Online Giving option and follow the steps listed below:

One-Time Gift
Recurring Gift

Step 1

  • Enter your first and last namesbirthdate, and email address.
  • Click Find Profile to find your record in the church database.
  • Click Submit.

If your profile is not found, you will see the following message:

RECORD NOT FOUND We were not able to find you in our database. Please check the information you entered. If everything looks good, select “New Profile”

Step 2

You will need to provide the following additional information:

  • Middle Name
  • Suffix
  • Gender
  • Marital Status
  • Home Phone
  • Address Line One
  • Address Line Two
  • City
  • State
  • Abbr Postal Code

Your Account

An Account is “related” to your profile and allows you to manage your profile including:

  • access your own record and that of your family members
  • update certain bits of information on your record, such as address, phone numbers, etc.
  • print your own contribution statements
  • manage recurring giving or make a one-time gift online
  • use use your account login when registering online, instead of entering name, date of birth, etc. to find your record

Create your Account:


1. During the Process of Online Giving or Online Registration

Every online giving or registration form has a Create Account checkbox that allows you to create your own Account. This checkbox appears on the page with the Submit button.

Checking the box will trigger a New User Welcome email, giving you a username and instructions for setting your password.

2. Clicking Request a Password Link on Login Page

On the log in page for the church’s database, there is a Request a Password link beside the question Need an Account?  After clicking the link, the you will be asked to enter the email address (See Note below) that is on your Profile record in the church database.  If the system finds a record with an email address that matches the one entered, you will be sent an email with a username and a one-use link. The link will take you to a page where you will create your password. Once that is done, you are instructed to proceed to your record by clicking the logo.

Note

After entering your email address, you will see a note instructing them to contact the church if they do not receive an email. You would not receive an email if there is not a record in the database with the email you provided or if you are younger than 16 years old OR do not have a date of birth on your record.

Call the Church Office at (724) 495-6462 to have your “Profile” updated with a correct email and or date of birth.
